PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Tara has over 12 years of experience in retail merchandising and quality assurance. She has worked in several fields that have given her a well-rounded view of the retail industry. Her experience consists of store management, buying, allocation, planning and quality assurance. In her many roles, analyzing data to forecast sales, identify industry trends, resolution and corrective action have been an essential component of her success. Tara has strong communication and interpersonal skills that have strengthen her work with various levels of the organization and increased her cross-functional relationships. Her love for retail merchandising and textiles has led her to the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship were she can educate and introduce to students the basics of retail merchandising & textiles and provide direction for their future endeavors within the apparel industry.
