The Business Law Clinic is a free resource for students to receive legal assistance for their business from Prof. Richard Benham of Florida State University's College of Law.
Business Law Clinics will be held in Fall 2024 from 1-3 PM in the Shaw Building Conference Room (RSB 224) on the following dates:
In order to attend Business Law Clinic Office Hours, you need to complete this interest application, fill out the BLC Intake form, and email your completed form to May Wang (mwang@jmc.fsu.edu).
There are only four time slots available and they are scheduled first come, first serve after receiving BOTH a completed interest application and BLC Intake form.
If we receive more than four applications/forms then those students will be notified and asked to attend next month's office hours.
Communication regarding acceptance, time slots, meeting location, etc. will be sent out the Friday before the scheduled office hours.
