In order to attend Business Law Clinic Office Hours, you need to submit an application and intake form via StartupTree.
The Business Law Clinic is a free resource for students to receive legal assistance for their business from Prof. Richard Benham of Florida State University's College of Law. A completed application, together with an intake form, is REQUIRED.
Business Law Clinics will be held in Spring 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Shaw Building Conference Room (RSB 224). There are four individual 25-minute time slots available on a first-come, first-served basis on each of the following dates:

If we receive more than four applications/forms, then those students will be notified and asked to attend next month's office hours.
Communication regarding acceptance, time slots, meeting location, etc., will be sent out before the scheduled office hours.
If scheduled, cancellations or changes must be made by 8:00 AM the day before. No-shows may be disqualified from future participation.
