InNOLEvation® Challenge

The InNOLEvation® Challenge is the Jim Moran College's flagship new venture competition, designed to help students turn ideas into real-world solutions. Participants focus on identifying real problems, building strong teams, testing assumptions in the field, and refining their ideas based on feedback and results.
Students may work individually or in teams and are encouraged to collaborate with peers who bring diverse skills and perspectives throughout the Fall and Spring semesters.
Ideathon & Feedback Friday

Florida State University offers multiple on-campus competitions that allow students to explore entrepreneurship, pitch ideas, receive feedback, and compete for prizes.
Opportunities such as the combined Ideathon and Feedback Friday event provide a supportive environment to exercise creative problem-solving skills, showcase business ideas or products, and receive feedback from students, faculty, and staff.
Students can compete for prizes such as $100 or attend simply to gather insights on their projects, and lunch is provided.
External Competitions

Students can participate in external competitions offered by various organizations to take on entrepreneurial challenges beyond FSU. These opportunities allow students to compete at the regional and national level, gain exposure to industry professionals, and expand their networks.
Participating in external competitions helps students apply their skills in real-world settings while representing FSU and the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship.
