Kaitlin Simpson
Kaitlin Simpson serves as the Events Director for the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship, where she oversees event strategy, logistics, and operations for both JMC and the Jim Moran Institute. In her role, she manages building rentals, signature college events such as the InNOLEvation® Challenge and 7 Under 30, and special initiatives that bring together students, alumni, and community partners. Kaitlin brings a strong background in event planning, communications, and creative media to her work, blending strategic organization with a passion for creating memorable experiences. She also collaborates with campus and community partners to ensure events reflect the innovative spirit of JMC.
Fun Facts
Kaitlin is a first-generation college graduate, a proud dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, and a professional photographer. She once performed in the FSU Flying High Circus, where her acts included skating adagio, Spanish web, and bike for five. At home, she’s happily outnumbered by her two dogs, River and Elphie, and her cat, Bueller.
