Kaylee Gray is the Director of Marketing and Events for the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship and the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. In this role, she leads strategic communications, branding, and event initiatives that elevate both organizations’ missions to inspire, educate, and support entrepreneurs.

Originally from Southwest Florida, Kaylee moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University and joined the FSU staff in 2014 while completing her undergraduate degree. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, she has long been passionate about innovation, business, and community building.

With a love for storytelling, events, and meaningful connections, Kaylee brings together students, alumni, faculty, and partners to celebrate the legacy of Jim Moran. Her work helps strengthen the College’s standing as the nation’s first free-standing college of entrepreneurship within a public university and continues the Institute’s long tradition of supporting small business owners across the country.

INTERESTING FACTS

Kaylee is a first-generation college graduate who comes from a blended family with Puerto Rican heritage on one side and Scottish-Irish roots on the other. She originally moved to Tallahassee to attend college, intending to return home after graduation, but meeting her future husband changed those plans. Today, they call Monticello home (small town outside of Tallahassee), where they live with their daughter, Palmer Reese, and two dogs. Kaylee enjoys spending time crafting, thrifting, or enjoying the outdoors—whether boating, fishing, duck hunting, or simply taking in the beauty of North Florida.
