Lisa Lopez-Dapena

As the Assistant Director of Administrative Services for the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship at Florida State University, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the College’s administrative offices. My primary responsibilities include fiscal management, administrative leadership, and serving as the HR, Procurement, and Travel Manager for JMC.

Before joining FSU, I dedicated nearly two decades to a career in Immigration Law, specializing in employment-based and family-based immigration as a Paralegal. During that time, I worked with respected law firms, managing diverse client portfolios - overseeing visa petitions while navigating federal immigration processes.

I’m originally from Miami, Florida, and proud to be a first-generation American of Cuban descent. I relocated to Tallahassee in November 2020 and have been grateful to call it home ever since. Beyond my professional life, I’m an art enthusiast, thrifting lover, admirer of vintage treasures, animal-loving wife, and proud mom to two amazing kids, River and Bliss, who keep life full of joy and purpose.
