Adam Hall Jr. is a South Florida-based entrepreneur and construction professional, playing a key role in the growth of Palm Pool and Spa, Inc., a family-owned pool construction and remodeling company serving Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. Representing the next generation of the business, Adam focuses on maintaining high-quality workmanship while continuing to improve efficiency, communication, and the overall client experience. 

Adam graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Retail Entrepreneurship, combining formal business education with real-world experience he built long before entering the construction industry full-time. 

In his early teenage years, Adam developed a strong entrepreneurial foundation through the sneaker resale market. He founded SoFloSteals (2018–2024), a resale business that scaled to significant volume, and later created Florida Notify (2021–2024), a membership-based group that provided buyers with real-time alerts and access to high-demand product releases. These ventures sharpened his skills in sales, operations, and financial management, and laid the groundwork for his transition into the family business. 

Adam blends a strong work ethic with a practical, results-driven mindset. With a background rooted in both entrepreneurship and construction, he continues to focus on growing the company, refining internal systems, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners throughout South Florida.
