Michael Dickson has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, bringing a depth of knowledge across product development, sourcing, and operations. Since joining Macy's in 2019, he has grown from a Product Development Assistant supporting children’s private label brands into his current role as Senior Analyst, Procurement COE, where he focuses on driving efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. 

Michael is known for his analytical mindset, steady approach, and ability to navigate complex systems with clarity. His work reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and thoughtful decision-making in an ever-evolving retail landscape. 

A proud alumnus of Florida State University’s Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship — Retail Entrepreneurship, Michael is honored to serve on the board and give back to the program that helped shape his career. His involvement is rooted in a desire to support students as they prepare to enter and grow within the retail industry. 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his husband and their two dogs, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, caring for his growing collection as a proud plant dad, and unwinding with a Bravo reality TV binge.
