Paige is a co-founder of Redleif, a company built to close the gap between technology vendors and government agencies to drive innovation. She has spent her career at the intersection of the public and private sectors - learning firsthand where modernization stalls, and building the infrastructure to move it forward.
She started at the Florida Digital Service, where she supported the creation of the CoLab - a nationally recognized initiative bridging private-sector expertise with public-sector leadership - and developed a hands-on understanding of how SLED agencies operate, procure, and get stuck. That foundation led her into cybersecurity, where she built frontline experience in technology sales before channeling both into co-founding Redleif.
Having navigated both sides of the table, Paige works with technology partners and public sector leaders to cut through the friction that slows deals, derails implementations, and ultimately leaves constituents underserved. At Redleif, she brings an operator's mindset to everything she builds - focused on making the path from partner to customer as efficient and outcome-driven as possible. She's a Florida State graduate who, outside of work, is tracking the Seminoles, New Orleans Saints, or exploring the outdoors.
