The Collegiate Inventors Competition® is a unique competition that can take your invention to the next level through networking, marketing exposure, mentorship and more!
Here’s what you can expect from the CIC experience. First, the competition kicks off as our Finalists attend a virtual welcome session. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to network with other students, as well as with United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) officials.
Next, the competition heats up as Finalists present their inventions to a panel of Judges made up of the most influential inventors and innovation experts in the country — National Inventors Hall of Fame® (NIHF) Inductees and United States Patent and Trademark Office officials and patent examiners.

FIS First Crypto Competition
FIS is hosting a month-long Crypto Competition that begins on May 31, 2021. Participants will be asked to provide an investment analysis of a particular cryptocurrency trading strategy over the course of that month. A panel of industry and academic professionals will select analyses deemed to be most interesting and thorough to present in front of the panel.
The panel will select a winner who will receive a monetary prize and a hands-on working session with XMonetae Capital’s CEO/CIO and COO.

The Pareto Fellowship is a free week-long event during which we invite aspiring founders to build new companies with us in the Miami sunshine (virtually until further notice). Participants who show the most promise will receive funding + support to launch world-changing companies with us post-Fellowship.

Shark Tank of Wellness Student Global Competition
The “Shark Tank of Wellness” student competition is a unique global challenge that rewards students for their most innovative, impactful ideas for the wellness industry.
The Global Wellness Summit defines the wellness industry broadly and welcomes innovations in sectors as varied as architecture/design, beauty, education, fitness, hospitality, investment, medicine, nutrition, real estate, spa, technology, travel, tourism and more.
Students are invited to submit a Concept Submission Form detailing their idea along with a one-to-two-minute video presentation. The wellness industry is currently valued at over $4.5 trillion, thus providing ample opportunity for students with great ideas!
Three finalists will be flown, along with their professors, to the annual Global Wellness Summit (GWS) being held in November 2021 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Here, they will pitch their business idea to the attending Summit delegates—a “who’s who” in the global wellness world. Several business leaders will act as “Wellness Sharks” and ask questions of the students, who will defend their innovations and make a business case for its feasibility. The first, second and third place winners will then be announced on stage during the Summit.

Watson Semester Accelerator
During the 4-month Watson Semester Accelerator, a cohort of next generation innovators, leaders, and entrepreneurs from across the globe convene in-person and virtually to tackle complex problems and forge lives and careers of impact.
The Fall 2021 Watson Semester Accelerator program will be offered in a hybrid format with both in-person and virtual participation options. The in-person format is available only to those based in the US and will be limited to twelve Scholars. Admissions decisions will be made on a rolling basis. US-based individuals are encouraged to apply early to secure an in-person spot.
The MEOT Fellowship
The Martini Education and Opportunity Trust (MEOT) Fellowship is for US-based changemakers who are driving forward impactful innovations and solutions to significant social, economic, environmental, and corporate governance challenges. This Fall, 5 MEOT fellows will join the Watson Semester Accelerator and learn to increase their impact through the vehicle of entrepreneurship.
