Wendy Plant has extensive experience in business incubator management and educational program development, most recently as the Program Manager at the USF Polytechnic Blue Sky Business Incubator and USF CONNECT Tampa Bay Technology Incubator.

Plant is responsible for day-to-day development and management of all student activities outside of the classroom – such as competitions, events and programs supported by the Entrepreneurship program. This includes coordinating all of Entrepreneurship program’s contributions to campus-focused entrepreneurship activities, providing assistance and consulting services to students, staffing the E-clinic, managing and operating the student business incubator, and coordinating student activities outside of the classroom, across the campus and in the community.
